USA only – Priority Mail (UPS/USPS rate) - delivery time 3-5 business days, tracking provided

USA only – Priority Mail Express (USPS rate) - delivery 1-2 business days, tracking provided

Outside USA – International Priority (DHL/UPS/USPS rate) - delivery times vary by country, tracking provided

If your purchase is over $150, you might consider adding insurance to your shipping as packages lost in transit are not the responsibility of HumanKind Inspired. 

Our custom jewelry is made to order and on an average takes 3 to 6 weeks. Some of our clothing and accessories may not be available right away due to high demand. If so, we will provide you with an estimated time frame. Once your order is complete, it will ship via the shipping method you have chosen.

Shipping Policy

Some of our Jewelry creation is hand-made when ordered. Please allow between 3 and 6 weeks on top of shipping for your custom piece of jewelry to arrive. Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days of ordering, but some require additional time in production.

Jewelry Return Policy

Humankind Inspired is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@ humankindinspired.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return.

Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 5 business days for this to be reflected on your account. Customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Humankind Inspired is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

Rewards Points Return Policy

Please note – if you have already used rewards points from an order that is being returned, the cash equivalent of the points used will not be refunded for a returned order.

Clothing Return Policy

Some of our clothing pieces may not be able to be exchanged as we tailor a very limited edition of the styles.

If the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 7 days of the day of receipt, we will gladly issue a refund. We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered and we have the desired item in stock, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.

All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with assigned RA #, and securely shipped. It is highly advised that you return items with insurance and tracking. HKi does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

In order to obtain a return authorization number, please send an email request to hello@humankindinspired.com. If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.
